A lot of product problems stem from misunderstanding what users really need and not learning from existing behavior. These problems are sometimes rooted in a product itself, sometimes in process that makes it, so I help teams address this friction, usually with a mix of product strategy, KPI driven product development processes, user research (qualitative and quantitative), prototyping, interaction and product design.
I have used and applied various tools and techniques depending on the context, like user interviews, contextual inquiry, user journey mapping, interactive prototypes, wireframes, information architecture, user testing and analytics.
Hi again, I’m Pavle. In the past I was acting under various roles commonly held under UX Design umbrella - Interaction Designer, User Researcher, Information Achitect, UI Designer.
I’m driven by change and balance - of systems and their parts, us and the environment, probable and preferable. Curious about calm technology, long-term feedback loops, sense-making, psychology of habits, self-learning and too many other things.
In free time I can be found tinkering in a woodshop 🗜 or reading 📚, usually with a cup of coffee nearby. I’m based in Belgrade, Serbia.
